Renewed Strands Policy

At Renewed Strands by Stitched by Tanna, all sales of wigs, bundles, and extensions are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control purposes, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, lace options, textures, lengths, and order details before completing their purchase.

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct:

  • Hair length

  • Texture

  • Lace type

  • Wig size

  • Customization options

For custom wigs, customers are also responsible for providing accurate head measurements at the time of purchase.

Order Issues & Incorrect Items

In the event an error occurs on our end, such as receiving the wrong item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and appropriately.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

This allows us to properly review and address your concern.

Important Conditions

If you believe there is an issue with your order:

  • Do not cut the lace

  • Do not install or wear the wig

  • Do not wash, color, brush, comb, or alter the hair in any way

All items must remain in their original condition for review. Any alterations made to the unit — including cutting the lace — will void eligibility for review, replacement, or resolution.

Reports submitted after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for review or resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement:

  • Wigs or bundles that have been worn, installed, altered, brushed, combed, washed, cut, colored, or chemically processed

  • Custom wigs created using measurements provided at checkout

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or hair net

Renewed Strands by Stitched by Tanna reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
